Words of Hope and Healing
With all this light anchored in you, turn your heart and mind, body and child-spirit, and your SOUL to what you most wish to see healed. Dream big.
The path will be smooth sometimes and other times harder than you think you can take. But don’t give up when you can hardly breath, for choosing transformation and awakening is not the easy path. You’re not alone. More and more of us are making the choice to evolve and breakthrough the shackles of fear and prisons of oppression.
Remember your interconnection with all of life and the Sun that keeps shining on All. Here on this Earth and in these bodies is where we love, suffer, laugh, cry, celebrate, breathe and die. Cultivate resilience. Nurture one another. We are the ones who will keep the love alive. We will support each other when one of us falls apart in despair and can’t stop crying. We will create the safe havens for the dreamers.
And know this: we are waking up. All is not lost. Magic permeates the entirety of life, and Love is the guiding force. It’s time to ground down and uplift, to consciously choose to cry when we’re sad and rage when we’re angry, to tend the broken hearts and Anchor the Light. It is in the darkest times, that the light is reborn.
I leave you with a “Solstice Blessing” from one of my favorite poets, John O’Donohue:
A Solstice Blessing for you.
May you recognize in your life the presence, power, and light of your soul.
May you realize that you are never alone, that your soul in its brightness and belonging connects you intimately with the rhythm of the universe.
May you have respect for your individuality and difference.
May you realize that the shape of your soul is unique, that you have a special destiny here, that behind the facade of your life there is something beautiful and eternal happening.
May you learn to see yourself with the same delight, pride, and expectation with which God sees you in every moment.
Blessed Be,
Jennifer Marie Lane
