We are in an eclipse season - a time of accelerated growth and transformation. We are also under the influence of a powerful Mercury retrograde cycle through Virgo. These alignments are calling us to actively embody spirit as we bring the ethereal into the real (which is one of the powerful gifts of guided meditation journeys). 

Slow down. Drop in. Feel your body. Feel your heart. Get in touch with what’s real. Then set your mind free; let your spirit soar on flights of fancy and curiosity. 

We just passed through a powerful Aquarius full moon in mid-August, and we are entering the Age of Aquarius. Aquarius is the water bearer journeying to and from the stars. The energy is a lofty vision of Unity channeled through practical means of Service. We are reminded to serve the highest, to break up the old, to shift from me to we, and to make a new way. 

Over the weekend of August 5, 2016, Venus moved into alignment with the fixed star Regulus, reminding us of the beauty and grace of our nobility. We have much to learn in this regal alignment, especially as we move towards the Full Moon in Aquarius (on August 18, 2016), which calls us to the future. 

We are at the beginning of a new cycle, having stepped over a fiery threshold into a realm of power, passion and creativity, initiated by the New Moon in Leo on August 2, 2016. Leo is all about confidence, radiance and creativity. Leo wants you to shine and be seen in the great light of Love. In truth, Leo wants everyone to shine and to lead with the heart. Choose to shine no matter what. Choose to support others as they shine. We cannot do this alone. We are here, holding hands in the great circle of Life. 

White bison shows us the way of abundance through right relationship. Struggle is not necessary, but intentional action is. Everything we need is here as long as we align our work in this world with a vision beyond our own personal security. Pray and follow the signs forward. Do your work, and trust that all is coming. 

Your body is a sacred vessel, woven in a shimmering crystalline matrix, carrying sacred waters and visions. Water clears and water blesses. We are clearing away patterns that no longer serve us or humanity. We are blessing the world with illuminated visions. 

Alo means “face-to-face” and ha means “divinity, or the divine breath of life.”  Through the energy of Aloha we come face to face with Divinity in the spirit of love and peace. In saying Aloha to each other, we are essentially saying: “I greet the divine in you.” Aloha. Namaste.

I feel such a deep sense of empowerment and solidarity running through this Dream, especially in this last statement. Some part of us knows what it (s/he) needs to feel safe. It’s as if the Dream is saying you’ve got this, whatever this may be. You have the resources to do what you are meant to do and be who you are meant to be...

Last fall during the Samhain season, I set the intention to TRUST in LOVE. Samhain corresponds with Halloween, and is a time when messages are more easily translated to/from Spirit. For those that live in  rural environments closer to the land, it is also a time when the last seeds and fruits are harvested. So, this was my seed: TRUST in LOVE.
